Comprehensive Warranty

Here's another first—our comprehensive warranties.  We've been building homes of excellence
for more than a decade, so we're very confident in our building methodologies. In fact, we are
so assured that we have it right, we back our homes with unprecedented warranties—like no
other in the industry.

When you purchase one of our homes, we work together as a team before and after your
move-in.  We come to know one another as family.  So, it should be no surprise that we want
our customers to be as confident about purchasing and living in their homes as we are about

Owning a Re,New Home Center residence ensures you a timely response to your warranty
requests. Please review the following Warranty Guidelines before submitting your service

Scheduled Post-Closing Warranty Visits
As part of our commitment to service your home throughout the warranty period, we have
instituted pre-scheduled post-closing warranty visits (example: 30-day, 3- and 11-month visits).
The goal of these visits is to ensure all of your warranty needs are appropriately addressed
while at the same time providing you with the comfort of knowing that our ReNew
representative will be there for you both before and after closing.

Your authorized representative will explain to you our process of scheduling and completing
pre-scheduled post-closing warranty visits, in addition, to the many benefits associated with
this type of service program. It is our goal to address all of your warranty items at this time. As
with regular warranty service, you or your authorized representative must be present to
provide access to the home for service items to be completed.

Regular Warranty Service
In addition to the pre-scheduled post-closing warranty visits, regular warranty service is also
available during working hours Monday-Friday. Regular warranty service should only be
scheduled for service items that need to be addressed prior to the scheduled post-closing
warranty visits. You or your authorized representative must be present to provide access to
the home for service items to be completed. You will be contacted to arrange an appointment
date and time.  Please review the performance standards in the Re'New Home Center
Protection Plan to determine if you have a valid warranty claim.

Emergency Warranty Service
Emergency warranty service is available after hours, on weekends and holidays by contacting
the emergency service number provided by your ReNew representative. Some examples of
emergencies include gas leaks, no heat in extreme cold, no cooling in extreme heat, severe
electrical problems, or severe plumbing leaks that cannot be isolated.

Step One:  Pre-Construction Meeting
Before construction begins, you’re guided
through the entire building process, starting
with a meeting to introduce the construction
team, and to give you the opportunity to ask
any questions about the construction timetable.

Step Two:  Pre-Drywall Frame Walk
Prior to drywall installation, one of our
construction professionals will give you a
guided tour, allowing you to inspect the inner
workings of your home, view its quality
components, verify optional features you have
selected, and ask questions.

Step Three:   Quality Assurance Inspection
Before your final walk-through, ReNew
conducts its own quality control check to ensure
everything is in proper working order and up to
quality standards. At this time, any needed
repairs or touch-ups are made, and the home is
thoroughly cleaned in preparation for the Pre-
Closing Orientation.

Step Four:   Pre-Closing Orientation
When your home is finished, Our Project
Manager will take you on a room-by-room tour
to demonstrate the quality features and
operating procedures for all aspects of your
home, and will explain our service procedures.

Step Five:  30-Day Follow-Up
Once you are all settled in, we check back by
letter, phone, or even with a knock on the door
to ensure continued satisfaction.

Step Six:  3-Month Follow-Up Visit
To reinforce ReNew's commitment to customer
satisfaction, we schedule a service check
approximately three months after closing.

Step Seven:  11-Month Follow-Up Visit
Eleven months after closing, we reiterate our
commitment to satisfaction by again taking the
time to handle any required warranty work,
discuss issues, or answer any questions that
you may have.
